We are a fitness apparel brand founded in 2022 by two college students with a passion for fitness and self-improvement. We believe that everyday is an opportunity to improve and work towards the best version of yourself, and found that the highly priced products of other fitness apparel brands created a barrier around to affordable, quality workout clothing. With this is mind, we created Kaizen Lifting Club to inspire others to chase down their goals, whether inside or outside of the gym.
